The production method of cotton yarn is more complicated. Generally speaking, there are two spinning methods, namely carded spinning and worsted spinning.
(1) Carded spinning process: cotton blending → opening and cleaning → carding → drawing frame → roving → spun yarn → doffing (manual winding and automatic winding) → finished product inspection.
(2) Worsted spinning process: cotton matching → opening and cleaning → carding → drawing frame → sliver volume → combing → drawing frame → roving → spinning → doffing (manual winding and automatic winding) → Product testing.
